1、制作GRC假山房屋模具：选择真山要仿的部分，用硅胶反复涂抹，直到厚度达到2 cm以上。硅胶达到硬度后，用石膏在硅胶上做一个硬模具。

1. Making GRC rockery house mold: first, select the part of the real mountain to be imitated, and apply it repeatedly with silica gel until the thickness reaches more than 2 cm. After the hardness of the silica gel is reached, plaster is used to make a hard mold on the silica gel.

2、制造GRC构件假山模块：用制作好的模具转动玻璃钢假山模块，将石膏硬模放在底部，硅胶模放在顶部，先在硅胶模内铺一层快硬硫铝酸盐水泥，然后铺上玻璃网格布，再铺上2层水泥或直接用喷浆机喷，厚度约3厘米，长宽约1、5米。

2. Manufacturing GRC components rockery module: use the made mold to rotate the glass fiber reinforced plastic rockery module, put the gypsum hard mold on the bottom and the silica gel mold on the top, first lay a layer of fast hardening sulphoaluminate cement in the silica gel mold, then lay the glass mesh cloth, and then lay two layers of cement or spray directly with the shotcreting machine, with the thickness of about 3cm, the length and width of about 1m or 5m.
              

3、在假山房的墙壁上焊接承重架：在要建假山的房子墙上打洞，间距1m左右。安装膨胀螺栓，焊接5厘米角钢。焊接后，做防锈处理。焊接辅助架应与效果图纸结合，高低位置不应颠倒。

3. Weld the load-bearing frame on the wall of the rockery house: make holes on the wall of the house to be built with a spacing of about 1m. Install expansion bolts and weld 5cm angle steel. After welding, do antirust treatment. The welding auxiliary frame shall be combined with the effect drawing, and the height position shall not be reversed.

4、在钢架上焊接假山模块：焊接GRC假山模块时，注意推迟相邻两个GRC假山模块之间的纹理。将GRC假山模块与水冲刷线焊接时，水冲刷线应尽可能水平。尽量把接口定位在内角，因为内角的接口比较好处理。

4. Welding rockery module on steel frame: when welding GRC rockery module, pay attention to delay the texture between two adjacent GRC rockery modules. When welding GRC rockery module with water erosion line, the water erosion line should be as horizontal as possible. 5、接合：要特别注意指向假山屋，因为指向位置的假山皮比较粗糙，需要在指向时手动重新纹理化两块假山皮。

6、上色：GRC假山房方法多次上色，就像水泥直塑假山房方法一样。
